We chose to market our property through Peter Snow & Co, based on a shortlisting. Our initial contact was an interview on site with Michelle Stephenson, where we established a good rapport. Michelle’s marketing proposal was well-grounded and aligned with our understanding of the Toowoomba market. We explored the potential stress points for the vendor during the process and how the plan accommodated this. Michelle provided some useful suggestions for presentation of the property.
